“Lower your caquet a little”: Rachida Dati and Clémentine Autain sign the clash of the legislative evening (VIDEO)

TF1 followed the results of the first round of the French legislative elections live on Sunday evening. Several guests from different political camps were gathered on the set to comment on this election.

But it heated up between two personalities, namely the mayor Les Républicains of the 7th arrondissement of Paris Rachida Dati and Clémentine Autain, figure of France Insoumise of Jean-Luc Mélenchon.

It all started with a comment from the second named, who said: “I have the feeling of having since earlier, in front of me, the Muppet Show”. A first remark which has already irritated Rachida Dati.

“You could lower your cackle”, then slipped Clémentine Autain. What the Parisian mayor reacted to: “You better take it down. Take it down because when I see the damage you’ve done in Seine-Saint-Denis, you should take it down! It’s shameful! You better take it down a tone because we will see in the second round. Separatism is you. Racism is you. Communitarianism is you”.

The member of La France insoumise then tries to place a small spade in turn: “Three or four times, I heard about burkini in the debate but that’s not the point! What I was told about during this campaign was the price of pasta. I understand Mrs. Rachida Dati that the price of pasta does not interest you.”

“You are victimizing people. You are not looking for voters, you are looking for victims”then ends up responding Rachida Dati, before the presenters regain the upper hand on this clash.
